Customer Support Specialist
Be the first point of contact for our clients' customers across email, chat and helpdesk. You will own the conversation from first reply to resolution.
What you'll do
- Respond to customer enquiries via email, live chat and helpdesk within agreed SLAs
- Investigate and resolve product and billing issues with clear, friendly communication
- Document recurring issues and feedback to improve internal knowledge base
- Coordinate with client teams on escalations and complex tickets
Qualifications
- 1+ year in a customer-facing support role
- Excellent written English; additional languages a plus
- Comfort with Zendesk, Intercom, Freshdesk or similar tools
- Reliable home office setup with stable internet (25 Mbps+)
