Customer Support Specialist

Be the first point of contact for our clients' customers across email, chat and helpdesk. You will own the conversation from first reply to resolution.

What you'll do

  • Respond to customer enquiries via email, live chat and helpdesk within agreed SLAs
  • Investigate and resolve product and billing issues with clear, friendly communication
  • Document recurring issues and feedback to improve internal knowledge base
  • Coordinate with client teams on escalations and complex tickets

Qualifications

  • 1+ year in a customer-facing support role
  • Excellent written English; additional languages a plus
  • Comfort with Zendesk, Intercom, Freshdesk or similar tools
  • Reliable home office setup with stable internet (25 Mbps+)

Administrative Support

Virtual Executive Assistant

Virtual

Support founders and executives with calendar management, research and day-to-day administration so they can stay focused on growth.

Business Operations

Operations Analyst

Virtual

Run the back-office workflows that keep client businesses moving - CRM hygiene, reporting, data entry and process documentation.

What you'll do

  • Maintain CRM and database accuracy across HubSpot, Salesforce or Pipedrive
  • Produce weekly and monthly operational reports for client stakeholders
  • Document and refine standard operating procedures
  • Identify automation opportunities and partner with tooling specialists

Qualifications

  • 2+ years in operations, RevOps or data administration
  • Strong spreadsheets skills; SQL or Looker Studio a plus
  • Experience with at least one major CRM

Helpdesk Team Lead

Client Success Manager
